Bloodborne Pathogen Training

A job aid to support an instructional video developed for Palmer Bus Service designed to teach all employees, most of whom are bus drivers, about Bloodborne Pathogens and deliver information as it relates specifically to school bus drivers and to BBP situations on a Palmer school bus. The course is used to satisfy OSHA required annual BBP training.

Steps to Restaurant Service

This job aid supports servers by being a quick reference for the knowledge and skills acquired in the Steps to Restaurant Service eLearning course and the 5 Steps to Serve a Table video. Through the trainings, servers learned the basic steps to service and best practices used at Seaside Grill.  The job aid will assist servers in providing uniform service and training that is rooted in best practices resulting in increased customer satisfaction as well as server and business success.

Standards for Effective Teams

A job aid to help with recall and implementation of Standards for Effective TEAMS learned during the ILT. The Standards for Effective Teams ILT is the first course in a four-course Data-Driven Decision-Making Training Program. The course teaches skills and knowledge for respectful engagement and collaboration of employees resulting in productive meetings that generate innovative solutions.
